測(cè)量設(shè)備（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)ME）認(rèn)證由聯(lián)邦技術(shù)法規(guī)和計(jì)量局（Rosstandard）制定和批準(zhǔn)。
計(jì)量認(rèn)證(ME)，測(cè)量?jī)x器或設(shè)備進(jìn)入俄羅斯使用前必須在聯(lián)邦技術(shù)法規(guī)和計(jì)量局（Rosstandard）測(cè)試和批準(zhǔn)決定的情況下，確保測(cè)量的一致性的在（ME的國(guó)家注冊(cè)）。制造商（申請(qǐng)方）隨后獲得批準(zhǔn)計(jì)量?jī)x器/測(cè)量裝置計(jì)量型式批準(zhǔn)證書(shū)，附帶說(shuō)明。
計(jì)量型式批準(zhǔn)證書(shū)表明測(cè)量設(shè)備完全符合國(guó)家規(guī)定的要求。這也表明計(jì)量?jī)x器/測(cè)量裝置（ME）適合在俄羅斯聯(lián)邦法規(guī)管轄的地區(qū)使用。
計(jì)量型式批準(zhǔn)證書(shū)型式認(rèn)可程序包括幾個(gè)步驟：
根據(jù)俄羅斯工業(yè)和貿(mào)易部法規(guī)2009年11月30日第1081號(hào)令（要求1，第3節(jié)）的要求進(jìn)行測(cè)量設(shè)備的批準(zhǔn)測(cè)試;
根據(jù)聯(lián)邦法規(guī)MIT-3290-2010的要求組織測(cè)試材料;
根據(jù)俄羅斯工業(yè)和貿(mào)易部法規(guī)2009年11月30日第1081號(hào)令（申請(qǐng)2和3）的要求，按Rosstandard標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢驗(yàn)文件批準(zhǔn)型式認(rèn)可證書(shū)。
生產(chǎn)商、申請(qǐng)方或授權(quán)人員應(yīng)根據(jù)法規(guī)MIT 3290-2010填寫(xiě)的申請(qǐng)。

Metrological certificate
An approval of measuring equipment (hereinafter referred to as ME) was created by the Federal Technical Regulation and Metrology Agency (Rosstandard).
A number is assigned to the ME and an order about its entry in the Federal information corpus on assurance of uniformity of measurements (The State Register of ME) is issued in the case of an affirmative decision of the Rosstandard. The Manufacturer (applicant party) then gets a certificate for the approval of the ME type with an enclosed description.
The document indicates a full conformity of measuring equipment with the requirements established by the State. It also indicates that the ME is suitable for usage in areas governed by regulation.
The type approval procedure includes several steps:
- Carrying out tests to approve Measuring Equipment in accordance with the requirements of the Order No. 1081 of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade of 30.11.2009 (Application 1, Section 3);
- Organization of test materials checked in accordance with the requirements of the MIT-3290-2010;
- Inspection of documentation by the Rosstandard, receipt of the Certificate on approval of type in accordance with the requirements of the Order No. 1081 of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade of 30.11.2009 (Application 2 and 3).
The producer, applicant party, or authorized person should forward an application filled according to MIT 3290-2010.
The applicant party should submit the following documentation for carrying out of measuring equipment tests to approve the type:
- sample or samples of the ME,
- technical conditions signed by the head of development center (if their development is provided);
- operation manual
- The ME passport (registry card).
