俄羅斯計量認證，計量型式批準證書，俄羅斯測量工具形式批準證書，Metrological certificate
測量設備（以下簡稱ME）認證由聯(lián)邦技術法規(guī)和計量局（Rosstandard）制定和批準。
計量認證(ME)，測量儀器或設備進入俄羅斯使用前必須在聯(lián)邦技術法規(guī)和計量局（Rosstandard）測試和批準決定的情況下，確保測量的一致性的在（ME的國家注冊）。制造商（申請方）隨后獲得批準計量儀器/測量裝置計量型式批準證書，附帶說明。
計量型式批準證書表明測量設備完全符合國家規(guī)定的要求。這也表明計量儀器/測量裝置（ME）適合在俄羅斯聯(lián)邦法規(guī)管轄的地區(qū)使用。
計量型式批準證書型式認可程序包括幾個步驟：
根據(jù)俄羅斯工業(yè)和貿易部法規(guī)2009年11月30日第1081號令（要求1，第3節(jié)）的要求進行測量設備的批準測試;
根據(jù)聯(lián)邦法規(guī)MIT-3290-2010的要求組織測試材料;
根據(jù)俄羅斯工業(yè)和貿易部法規(guī)2009年11月30日第1081號令（申請2和3）的要求，按Rosstandard標準檢驗文件批準型式認可證書。
生產商、申請方或授權人員應根據(jù)法規(guī)MIT 3290-2010填寫的申請。

Metrological certificate
An approval of measuring equipment (hereinafter referred to as ME) was created by the Federal Technical Regulation and Metrology Agency (Rosstandard).
A number is assigned to the ME and an order about its entry in the Federal information corpus on assurance of uniformity of measurements (The State Register of ME) is issued in the case of an affirmative decision of the Rosstandard. The Manufacturer (applicant party) then gets a certificate for the approval of the ME type with an enclosed description.
The document indicates a full conformity of measuring equipment with the requirements established by the State. It also indicates that the ME is suitable for usage in areas governed by regulation.
The type approval procedure includes several steps:
- Carrying out tests to approve Measuring Equipment in accordance with the requirements of the Order No. 1081 of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade of 30.11.2009 (Application 1, Section 3);
- Organization of test materials checked in accordance with the requirements of the MIT-3290-2010;
- Inspection of documentation by the Rosstandard, receipt of the Certificate on approval of type in accordance with the requirements of the Order No. 1081 of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade of 30.11.2009 (Application 2 and 3).
The producer, applicant party, or authorized person should forward an application filled according to MIT 3290-2010.
The applicant party should submit the following documentation for carrying out of measuring equipment tests to approve the type:
- sample or samples of the ME,
- technical conditions signed by the head of development center (if their development is provided);
- operation manual
- The ME passport (registry card).
