白俄羅斯將于2017年9月開始針對第一批產(chǎn)品強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行STB能效要求
根據(jù)白俄羅斯政府內(nèi)閣2016年10月發(fā)布的第849號決議及2017年1月發(fā)布的77號決議，白俄羅斯即將針對部分電子電器產(chǎn)品實(shí)施強(qiáng)制的STB 能效認(rèn)證和能效標(biāo)簽要求。
2018年4月18日白俄羅斯認(rèn)證中心在明斯克舉辦了一次國際研討會“使用白俄羅斯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，針對家庭和辦公設(shè)備能效要求的合格保證程序”，以支持市場參與者滿足第849/2016號決議的要求
In accordance with the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of October 21, 2016 No. 849 "On some issues of conformity assessment in the National System of Conformity of the Republic of Belarus" (as amended by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of January 27, 2017 No. 77), according to the list of energy efficiency requirements。
根據(jù)2016年10月21日部長理事會第849號決議“關(guān)于白俄羅斯共和國國家合格體系合格評定的若干問題”（經(jīng)部長理事會2017年1月27日第77號決議修正），根據(jù)能效要求清單，

The procedure for certification / declaration of products in the National System for Confirming the Conformity of the Republic of Belarus is established in TCH 5.2.27-2017 "National System for Conformity of the Republic of Belarus, RULES for Confirming the Conformity of the National System of Conformity of the Republic of Belarus.
The decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 21, 2016 No. 849 (as amended by the Council of Ministers resolution of January 27, 2017, No. 77) does not apply to products manufactured in the territory of the Republic of Belarus or imported into this territory before the deadline from which a mandatory confirmation of conformity of a particular type of product.
白俄羅斯能效認(rèn)證注意事項(xiàng)：
1. 上述所列的管制產(chǎn)品需要符合白俄羅斯能效STB標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求或?qū)?yīng)的IEC/EN能效測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
2. 能效標(biāo)簽和產(chǎn)品說明書需要提供俄文版；
3. 所有管制產(chǎn)品的白俄羅斯能效認(rèn)證除電機(jī)外都是認(rèn)證模式(即certification)，電機(jī)是聲明模式(即declaration)；
4. 認(rèn)證模式下，需要進(jìn)行工廠審查；
5. 發(fā)證后至少每2年進(jìn)行1次當(dāng)?shù)厥袌霰O(jiān)督和產(chǎn)品抽查；
6. 除第7項(xiàng)外置電源和第10項(xiàng)家用電器及辦公設(shè)備產(chǎn)品不需要貼能源標(biāo)貼外，其他管制產(chǎn)品需要在產(chǎn)品上貼能源標(biāo)貼；
7. 2017年9月1日起，使用外置電源的產(chǎn)品(比如手提電腦、手機(jī)等)均需要提供外置電源的白俄羅斯STB能效認(rèn)證方可在白俄羅斯市場銷售；
8. 假如白俄羅斯STB能效認(rèn)證的管制產(chǎn)品同時(shí)也在EAC管制范圍內(nèi)，則需同時(shí)獲得白俄羅斯STB能效認(rèn)證和EAC證書后方可進(jìn)入白俄羅斯銷售；
